Putrajaya Marriott Hotel

The highlight was in the breakfast spread. It was awesome. The staff were super nice, they remembered us from days before and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cleanliness, nice bed, nice room temperature.

The hotel was really spacious. The lobby itself & during check in at the counters its truly pack & congested yet its quite comfortable as its was huge & we can sit anywhere at available space. During our 1st check in day,I was entertained by a friendly staff at registration counter. The professionalism & good ethics should be given credit. The smile always on their faces even though the long queue. A very huge room(2 rooms),mine was a connection room as I bring my children along. The bed also big to fit 6 of us. The breakfast was lovely & various menu to choose off. We are being served at the table with complimentary coffee,latte/cappucino at your choice. The hour for breakfast quite long,and we can actually have breakfast cum lunch as the menu quite generous choice from light to heavy food. The hotel also provide bus to IOI Mall and available at every 1 hour,start from 10am. Swimming pool,gym & spa also wonderful. We have met a new friends also. Its a place to gather many kind of people,ethnic & language yet we can speak of 1 language that is tolerance,kindness,good deeds & with the right attitude. I have extended my stay & the staff have offered me a membership with marriot for the next stay at any of their hotel chain. Thank you to the committed & efficient staff. The staff is very kind enough to share the generous benefits as members of Marriot Bonvoi. They have make it an ease & comfortable stay for us. Everything meet the expectation & good job to the staff👍🏻

I loves the buffet line for breakfast. There are 8 of us, We really enjoyed all the food.

Me & my family love the food,especially breakfast.The breakfast time is quite long from 7-11am. The choices are various and delicious. The restaurant staff are very cooperative,helpful,polite and fast action. The reception staff very efficient and entertain us with understanding & full cooperation. Even though during our 1st check in to Marriot Putrajaya,it took us 2 hours before we can enter our room. As that day,300 guests check out & the room wasn't ready yet to occupy. The ambience and decoration quite presentable,the shuttle bus to IOI available on time and every 1 hour. Its very comfortable & accessible for us to go to IOI Mall which is quite nearby. All the hotel staffs are very cooperative,very helpful, very kind and quite efficient at their own task. I took connection room as I bring my children along,both room quite big & comfy (Deluxe king & Deluxe Twin of super single bed,with huge sofa bed each room) However,there are some improvement measures can be considered. Me,my husband and children loves the pool,the spa and gym section. We have spent more time at pool area as many activities can be done even for children. I would like to suggest that the playground,the sport and game facilities to be improvise. I believe many guest will appreciate it as their children are happy as well. I ll surely come back again with my family here to spent our holiday,especially as I have a priviledge of enrolling into the membership package. Thanks to Marriot Putrajaya Hotel Team👍🏻
